I tried upward bow a few days ago! Ok I wasn’t warm so I just tried going right into it. Camera’s never lie (well not too much anyways). There are a few ways I can improve my pose apart from warming up more and changing into proper workout clothes.

Looking at this picture, how can I improve my upward bow?
